HELIOS RESIDENCE is an apartment complex built by high European standards that has a private closed territory with a swimming pool. It consists of two separate buildings with big terraces and green areas on them, also it has design pvc panels that go up throughout the buildings making them look distinctive and modern. The complex is located slightly higher than the rest of the city which makes it a much more comfortable place to be in the sultry summer months.

Each of our apartments will offer you a covered garage and a private storage room near it on the first floor. The third floor and above give a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. The location of the complex helps it be above the roofs of the other buildings and it makes the view stunning.

HELIOS RESIDENCE has a great disposition. it’s placed near Universal and you can reach any part of the city quite easily from that place. It has two supermarkets Alpha-Mega and Lidle within 5-10 minutes of a walk from it. The best school in Paphos is within 2 minutes of a walk. It has a hospital within 5 minutes of a walk. Also, not least, you can get to any place in the city quite quickly because the complex is located near the main automobile arteries of the city. You can reach the biggest mall in Paphos in 5 minutes of driving. Getting to the beach will take 7 minutes of driving to the tourist area there you can choose the beach you like from many options.
